It's easy to use the CM5 thanks to the dedicated movie and photo buttons that let you seamlessly switch between the video recording and camera function with just one click. SteadyShot® image stabilisation technology on the CM5 is designed to reduce the blur that can occur during handheld shooting. While Face Detection technology focuses on the faces in your videos and still images - so that they don't get lost in the background and stand out in all your shots and recordings.
The inbuilt USB connector in the CM5 lets you connect it to a compatible PC or Mac and transfer video and still images without the need for extra cables. And if you're running low on battery, you can even charge from your PC using the built-in USB arm.
Fancy seeing yourself on the big screen? Utilise the HDMI connection to the TV to playback footage, invite your friends around, get the popcorn out and enjoy the superb stills and footage you've shot.
Uploading the fun is easy too. The built-in Picture Motion Browser (PMB) Portable software does the hard work for you. Just pre-select the videos and images you want and upload them to your PC, Facebook®*, YouTube™, Picasa™ or other video-sharing websites in a couple of clicks**. There's no need for additional software, and PMB is so intuitive and simple to use it makes uploading both quick and easy.
